2008-07-31 6:34 p.m. In Tanzania, Dar es Salaam to be precise, dusty and a bit underfed. We slipped into a posh colonial-era scene today to use up our extra shillings on some ritzy Royal Palm Hotel coffee and croissants. Quite a scene indeed. Been through the Serengeti, to the top of Mt. Meru, and across the east coast of Zanzibar. More when there's time. |
